Tasty 7 Bean Chilli

Another tasty Slimming World healthy tea  time meal today & that is a jacket potato with 7 bean chilli & quark.

It's really quick, easy & so yummy, so here's how you make it.

You will need:
2 tbsp Chilli powder 
2 tbsp Tomato purée
Beans- I used a tin of mixed beans, chickpeas & some red kidney beans
Chopped tomatoes
Red peppers 
Jacket potato 


1) Put your spud in the oven for about 20 mins (until cooked)

2) Heat up a wok & put all the ingredients into it & stir. 


3) Cook until hot. Then spoon onto your jacket spud & add a dollop of quark for extra taste.



Ta Da! How easy was that?! Haha. Enjoy.
